The Friuli Venezia Giulia Region grants incentives aimed at strengthening the competitiveness and attractiveness of enterprises towards young highly specialised professionals, with the aim of encouraging their stay or their return to the region, including through the improvement of corporate image.

Beneficiaries: Private employers, operating in the region.

Incentives to enterprises are granted for expenses concerning:

- Drafting and implementing internal and external communication plans aimed at attracting young, highly specialised professionals.

- Organisation of recruiting days in cooperation with the regional public employment services.

- Participation in career days at trade fairs or universities.

- Organisation of company open days throughout the Region.

The maximum amount of the incentive is EUR 5,000 per year.
