Low-interest financing of industrial and handicraft activities, shipbuilding, hotel and tourist activities and other initiatives necessary for industrial development.

Beneficiaries: SMEs and large enterprises with operational headquarters in FVG (or that are committed to establishing themselves here).

Fundable initiatives: 

a) Creation of a new factory, extension of an existing factory, diversification of production through additional new products or fundamental change in the production process.

b) Acquisition of the assets of a factory if the factory has been closed or would have been closed.

c) Business development initiatives other than those listed (these initiatives are only eligible for de minimis funding).

Eligible expenses are listed in Articles 13 and 14 of the Regulation.

Financing features

Maximum coverage: 75% of eligible expenditure.

Minimum and maximum funding: from EUR 100,000 to EUR 20 million.

Maximum duration: 15 years + 2 years of pre-amortisation.

Variable interest rate obtained by reducing the 6-month Euribor rate: by 20% for large enterprises, by 50% for medium-sized enterprises and by 65% for small enterprises.

Together with the granting of subsidised financing, it is possible to apply for supplementary contributions for the reduction of financial charges
